How do I do that?
We love to gift a gift here! Simple check “Gift a Gift” when you checkout, please do include your personal message too.

Make a note of this at checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, email or WhatsApp us as soon as you can.
I have an event coming up, looking for something different for the crowd. Any ideas?
Yes! We always do. Provide us with some details like your budget, theme, etc. and we will revert with some gift ideas.
Do you provide gifting services? Or any other services available?
We provide Gifting (ribbons / inner filler), Design (concept / customisation), Printing (custom stickers / sleeves / inner message cards) to Photography (flatlays / moodshots) here at Oh Happy Gift.
Delivery Services
Is there delivery?
Yes! We use runner services, for deliveries within Klang Valley and courier services for states outside of Kuala Lumpur. For now, delivery services are only valid in Malaysia. However, do speak to us for other location deliveries.
When will my order ship?
Usually it will take up to 3-5 days for us to prepare the gifts. For urgent orders, please do speak to us. This does not apply to our curated gift sets.
What are the charges like?
Our standard runner service is RM15 for locations within Klang Valley. As for courier services to the other states, it would be a fee of RM20. There will also be a RM5 for packaging / handling as well.
What will my order arrive in?
All our gifts will be well packed in kraft boxes and ribbons, along with bubble wrap to ensure no breakage!
